Software Project

This session will describe the multiple software designs that were necessary on the development of the project.

It is worth noting that the app development was done in Android Studio, using the following technologies:

Kotlin (programming language)
OSMdroid (map rendering)
Bluetooth GATT (communication with the ESP32)

SafeClimb App

In this first part, we will present the initial phase of the SafeClimb app, prior to integration with AWS. At this stage, the app will not receive weather condition data and will not be connected to the ESP32.
