The group first mounted the system on protoboards to check the functioning.
Power System on Protoboard
The power system was mounted, including the solar pannels and batteries, and put next to a window. The system was able to power the ESP32 and LoRa for two days ininterrupt, and the batteries discharge was minimum (3.98V to 3.94V). The test ended because the team needed the components for other tasks.
The team also made the Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). First, we bought three 10x15 cm fenolite one sided boards, and then used a UV printer to protect the trails with ink.
